Champion Valves Inc. Model SDX Wafer Style Single Disc Check Valves feature an adjustable
extension spring that provides extra external force to assist in quick valve closure. The spring
tension adjustability of spring torque ratings allow users to adjust cracking pressures for their
unique application.
VALVE FEATURES
Available with just External Spring, External Spring and Lever, and External Spring and Lever with Weights (Consult CVI Engineering about our Pneumatic Dampers for larger sizes).
Low-weight design (85% lighter than full-body swing check valves).
Externally mounted spring prevents exposure to media and provides adjustable spring torque with no downtime.
Externally mounted lever serves as a position indicator and manual override to clear
debris clogging the seat.
Optimized space utilization, simplified piping, and lower installation cost.
Available in right-hand and left-hand assemblies.
